Default occurs when a borrower acts or fails to act in a manner indicated in the loan agreements. Common defaults are failure to make payments when due, to provide insurance as required or pay taxes, as examples.

Due to changes in the economy, regulations and policy, IVCU is vigorous about collecting loans, reducing delinquency and often act quickly in the best interests of our membership.

Collection actions are based upon the information available at the time the actions occur. It is in your best interest to make IVCU aware of any information as to the reasons for your default.
